  • Wet patches, subsidence or cracked paving around the pool
  • Loose or cracked tiles, or cracks in the render

  • Bucket and level testing to separate evaporation from leakage
  • Dye testing at lights, skimmers, returns and cracks
  • Pressure testing of each suction and return line
  • Acoustic listening to locate leaks in buried pipework

Pool leak FAQs

How much evaporation is normal in the UAE?

It varies with season, shade, wind and water features, and is highest in summer. A simple bucket test compares your pool with a bucket beside it to separate evaporation from a leak. We can talk you through it before booking.

Does the pool need to be full?

Yes, please keep it filled to its normal operating level so we can test the skimmers and all fittings.

Do you repair pool leaks?

We locate and document the leak. Your report can be passed to your pool maintenance company or contractor for the repair.
